Chairman's Message

Welcome to the website of the Latino America Unida Foundation. I encourage you to take this opportunity to take a glance into our cause, and our initiatives. Students of color are less likely to obtain a college degree due to racial discrimination, high cost of higher education and a multitude of external responsibilities. The Latino America Unida Foundation looks to alleviate these struggles. By providing essential financial resources for the educational, leadership and charitable purposes of Latino America Unida, Lambda Alpha Upsilon Fraternity, Inc. in order to enrich the lives of alumnae and collegiate members and assist in improving the community in which they serve. 

The Foundation marks a new era for Lambda Alpha Upsilon, one where the financial security of the organization is secured by the generous contributions of Hermanos, friends, families, and their respective networks. I am asking every Hermano of Lambda Alpha Upsilon to take a moment to determine how you, individually and collectively, can support the foundation's efforts. In doing so you are not only  helping to increase the number of students of color obtain a college degree but making good on our promise of living by the 7 Metas of Lambda Alpha Upsilon.
