1985 Campaign
We are pleased to announce that the LAU Foundation is officially launching its first fundraising campaign! Allow us to introduce the 1985 Campaign.
The 1985 Campaign will kick off the foundation and begin to build the General Fund. The General Fund will serve as our primary grant issuing fund.
Hermanos, their professional networks, family, and friends can donate $19.85 to kick off the start of the foundation.
SOFL 5th Annual Toy Drive
Happy Holidays from the Hermanos of Latino America Unida, Lambda Alpha Upsilon Fraternity, Inc. of South Florida(SOFL) and the Latino America Unida Foundation, Inc. 🎄🧸🎅
Many thanks to all who contributed to this year's toy drive to benefit the children of the Broward Outreach Center. With your help, South Florida Hermanos of Lambda Alpha Upsilon were able to buy 200+ toys, board games, school supplies, and more, for a grand total of $2,616. (10% of funds raised went to the Robin Artuno Gonzalez Scholarship.)
1985 Campaign - Yankee Fundraiser
The Latino America Unida Foundation celebrated Hispanic Heritage month with a trip to see the New York Yankees vs the Toronto Blue Jays. Tickets for the Hispanic Heritage Game included a hot dog, a drink, and commemorative hat with a nations flag and colors. All proceeds went to supporting the Foundation's 1985 Campaign.
